This TAG Heuer Formula 1 43mm pays tribute to Gulf OIl’s historic motorsports sponsorships with every aspect of its design. Boasting a blue dial with orange and light blue stripes, inspired by the 1971 Steve McQueen film Le Mans, this timepiece features a small seconds counter and subdials displaying the chronograph seconds and minutes. Housed in a stainless steel case with a tachymeter bezel and fitted on a blue leather strap that recalls the Gulf Oil’s logo colours. In addition to 200m water resistance, this model is powered by a precision quartz movement eliminating the need for regular winding.
