Returns

You have 7 business days from receiving your order to return an item for a refund or an exchange less any cancellation fees /restocking fees. Gregory Jewellers does not exchange products which are sold as ‘Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ stock and are noted to be sold in ‘as is’ condition for any reason.

Should you wish to cancel your order due to Change of Mind, Gregory Jewellers will apply a restocking fee of up to 7.5% of the transaction value.

If the goods have been dispatched to you, you must arrange for the product, along with all original packaging, to be returned to a Gregory Jewellers Boutique or Head Office for inspection. In the instance you cannot visit a Boutique or Head Office, you are responsible to return the product via registered courier with tracking to our Head Office.

We will require to receive the tracking number at the time of dispatch to [email protected].

Gregory Jewellers reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the item is not in original selling condition.

Shipping

You are responsible to pay the cost of return shipping in the instance you cannot visit a Gregory Jewellers Boutique or Head Office. You agree to bear any cost or damage incurred by Gregory Jewellers if the products (including any packaging) are damaged upon their return to us.
